Gerri is great! We have a Staff member retiring after 20 years of working with us, and had Facetime Photo come out for her party. Everyone loved it, it was such a big hit among the staff! Gerri's set up was so professional and she has a good amount of props and gear to chose from for client photos to make them more engaging! We also got copies of all the photos and a beautiful photo book from the event as well.

I found Gerri at the last minute for our Company Holiday Party. Her pricing was great compared to other places and she was also very willing to work with me with my last minute request/budget. I could not be happier that I hired Gerri! She had more props than I've ever seen for a photo booth, and everyone commented on this! The pics came out great and she provided us with a couple of different templates for the pictures. The photo booth was a huge hit and Gerri was a great sport when suddenly at the end when it was time for her to pack up there was a line for last minute photos! She graciously took the pics of everyone in line. Also one of my favorite parts of this is her ability to text the image to your cell phone in addition to the print you get on the spot! I will definitely hire Gerri again!!

We recently hired FaceTime for our company picnic. This was a last minute addition for us, however Gerri was ready and eager to jump in and help us 3 days before our event. They were fantastic, very professional and even set up under a canopy in the rain (while we all prayed for clearer skies... which thank goodness did clear up. Facetime was at our event EARLY to set up and did a great job! The custom design for our party paired perfectly with our theme. Most of our guests were adults--and they did have a lot of fun taking photos, especially after a few glasses of wine--but I was particularly grateful that Facetime scheduled us into their busy calendar because it gave the children at the party something fun to do. I recommend getting the add-on of the keepsake book that guests sign. It is an easy way to provide your guest of honor with a thoughtful memento! Facetime Photo did a great job at my daughters wedding - Sept 2018. From start to finish, owner/operator (Gerri)was responsive and attentive. She offered suggestions for the template/background so that our guests photo strips would include the wedding hashtag and be consistent with our outdoor wedding theme! Even though the weather was cold & rainy, the team arrived on time and began hosting our guests for fun photo memories from 5pm-10pm! They were absolute professionals - super helpful and friendly! FaceTime photo was amazing. They showed on time, the ladies were delightful and friendly. They set up and they made our first annual dance a raving success!! So much so we're having our dance again and asked them to come back to make our event another smashing success!!!

We recently hired FaceTime Photo Booth for our wedding in DC and they were AMAZING! From the moment we decided to book a photo booth, it seemed like every affordable option had terrible reviews or came with a bunch of hidden add-on fees. Gerri was extremely responsive and helpful throughout the planning process. She also helped us to customize a package to keep things within budget without having to sacrifice on quality at all.

As soon as we settled on one of the templates for our photo prints (which were awesome because they came in a regular photo size instead of the usual photo strips that most people end up losing or have no way to display), she worked with us to customize every detail, responding to each edit request within the hour.

The booth did show up about an hour late, but they made up for this by staying late and holding off tear down to accommodate multiple last minute photo requests.

The photo booth itself was awesome and very professional. They had great props which everybody took advantage of, and at the end of the night, handed us a professional, hard-bound book of all the photos from the night, along with a flash drive with digital copies.

We were on the fence about getting a photo booth and this ended up being one of the biggest hits of the night. I cannot recommend this company enough!

Overall, a good experience. Would have been five stars but correspondence via email was very curt. We nearly cancelled our photo booth as we were uncertain about what kind of interaction we would have in person. In the end, though, the guests had a great time and the photos were fun. I would recommend fewer full face masks, though, because it is difficult to tell who is in the photos.

We booked FaceTime for a 6th grade school event. As you can imagine, kids can be way more excited and want to be in the booth with friends and use more props. FaceTime Photo was outstanding. I had the opportunity to book FTP for my husbands 30th birthday party. Booking was smooth and Gerri was available to answer all my questions. FTP arrived before the event, set up and was professional during the time period. Very courteous and provided amazing service. A week later I'm still getting phone calls on how the photo booth was a hit and how everyone loved the props and photos.

I definitely will be using FTP for future events.

FT Photo is the best. I found them on Thumbtack. I let Gerri know what I was looking for and she pretty much accommodated me in every way to make sure my wedding was perfect.

Communication with her was great. She responded quickly and sent me templates of things so I knew how the final product would look.

The day of, my husband and I went up to the booth to use it/meet her. She had brought some of her family with her (I believe it's a family business). They were amazing. They all smiled and were cheerful throughout the night. They dealt with all our (drunk), but fun guests who would want to go in there 10 at a time, and just was great with them. At one point, she even told us that we could stay in there for as long as we wanted.

Absolutely amazing. I can't say enough about this group or company. use them, you won't be disappointed. I'm happy to show you some of the pictures that we have and how I customized everything to a T, and she let us!
